Yes. We hold public liability insurance which covers up to £5 million. This covers our negligence, for example when setting up the equipment incorrectly and does not cover misuse of the equipment. We recommend that you take out your own public liability Insuarance to cover this if required
No. We currently do not allow overnight hire of any of our equipment.
The latest collection time we offer is 6pm.
In most circumstances we do not require a deposit. For bookings over £150 we require a non-refundable deposit of £100.

Generally no for bouncy castles. There are a number safety precautions we must take when setting up the equipment to ensure the safety of all users. We have undergone training to ensure we’re aware of, and adhere to the relevant health and safety regulations to ensure the safe operation of inflatable equipment. This is assessed during a day long training course and exam.
Therefore it is inappropriate to allow customers to set up the equipment by themselves as we have a duty of care to all those using our equipment. Whilst we absolutely believe it should be at your discretion if you wish to go down this route and choose whether you should let your own children use the equipment, we don't believe it is right for you to make this decision on behalf of other parents, guardians and their children, who, quite rightly, expect the equipment to have been set up by suitably qualified person.
It is also likely that any insurance will be invalid, as most providers state in their conditions that the equipment must be set up by a competent person; being the insured, or one of their employees.
Most of our equipment is fitted with shower covers. We don't offer refunds if you can't use the equipment due to adverse weather conditions as you are free to cancel your booking up until 9am on the day of the hire.
If you are concerned about adverse weather affecting your booking, we suggest you book a village hall or similar venue to hold your event. Please ensure that the venue has sufficient space to accommodate the equipment you have hired including ceiling clearance.
We are happy to provide a list of indoor venues we have attended in the past.
The maximum legal limit permitted for bouncy castles to be used is 24mph including gusts. Safety is of paramount importance to us and if we feel it is unsafe for us to hire equipment to you, we will need to cancel the booking. In this case there will be no charge and if a deposit has been paid this will be returned.
This is the absolute extend of our liability. We will not reimburse for any other losses incurred as a result of the cancellation.

Yes. This may be limited by the size (including the ceiling height or any hanging objects) of the venue. The castle can be weighted at each corner with sandbags. No. Our equipment can only be used on grass or indoors (village halls etc). This is due the amount of weighting required for each anchor point to satisfy legal requirements.

All inflatable play equipment has to undergo annual check to ensure it meets a certain level of quality. This is also a requirement from our public liability insurers. All equipment that falls within the scope of the PIPA scheme is also tested to their standards. You can check the status of our equipments by visiting www.pipa.org.uk and entering the tag number displayed on the equipment.
You can also check the status via our website using the link on the relevant product page.
