Frequently Asked Questions

Below are some common questions we get asked. If you want to ask a question please click here.

  1. 1.Do you have public liability insurance?

  2. Yes. We hold public liability insurance which covers up to £5 million. This covers our negligence, for example when setting up the equipment and does not cover misuse of the equipment. We recommend that you take out your own public liability insurance to cover this.

  2. No. We currently do not allow overnight hire of any of our equipment.

Some venues do not allow use of bouncy castles and it is your responsibility to investigate whether any restrictions apply. Capel Castles will not be responsible for any damage or claims arising from use of our equipment at a venue.
